At Zion House Foundation, we treat every contribution as social capital designed to create measurable, long-term change. For the 2025–2026 academic year, our Back-to-School Initiative focused on removing strict financial barriers for highly vulnerable children in our community.

Instead of generic aid, we targeted specific bottlenecks to ensure complete academic retention:

• 100% Retention & Transition Rate: All 6 fully sponsored children successfully advanced or remained in the school system.
• Breaking the Barrier: We funded the Class 6 state exam fee for a young boy, directly unlocking his transition into secondary school.
• Strategic Capital Deployment: Our total investment covered secondary registrations, primary school tuition, and uniforms.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Academic Progression Rate: 100% (All sponsored children successfully remained in or advanced within the formal school system).
  • Systemic Transition Rate: 1 in 4 secondary school students was unlocked directly through terminal primary examination funding.

• Total Children Fully Sponsored: 6 Children

•  The Long-Term Vision (The “Prosperity” Pipeline)

  1. Breaking Intergenerational Poverty: By bridging the gap between Class 6 and Secondary school, we are changing the economic trajectory of an entire household.
  2. Data-Driven Scaling: For the upcoming academic year, Zion House Foundation aims to plug these exact metrics into our digital Impact Tracking System. This will allow us to track these 6 children’s end-of-term report cards, prove their retention rates, and present a bulletproof case to international grant-makers to scale this program from 6 children to 60.
